Objective / Background of its Formation :

To promote the interest in and advancement of Medical Microbiology in Hong Kong.
To provide a forum for discussion of medical microbiology and allied sciences.
To organize social functions for its members and provide a means of liaision with medical microbiologist in other parts of the world.

Registered medical practitioner with at least one year full time practising experience in medical microbiology.
