The Research of the Effect of Hip Stress Lower-limbs Strength Training Methods on Dash Technique and Key Specialized Strength

We had adopted the hip stress lower-limbs technical strength training on dash athletes for six months. The results of the research showed that the hip stress technical strength training could not only develop the dash technique and the key specialized strength but also promote the dash achievement with its particular training methods.
