The purpose of this paper is to investigate the optional load and the effects of the aerobic exercise on the cardiac function and WHR of the middle-aged and old women. The results show that the middle-aged and old women should exercise at 60% to 70% of maximum heart rate. Along with the improvement of their exercise ability, the exercise intensity may be increased to 70% to 85%. Aerobic exercise can improve WHR of the middle-aged aid old women, decrease fat in their waists and abdomens, strengthen the function of their hearts, increase the power of muscle of their lower limbs, ameliorate the ability of their outside surrounding issues to utilize oxygen, and build up their mental health and state.
