目的 觀察計數溢出及經時間校正後兩種採集條件下，局部腦血流斷層顯像（rCBF）結果的差異，為溢出條件下獲得客觀、真實圖像提供參考。方法 選取兩例在實際採集過程中出現局部計數溢出及分別經時間校正後，兩種採集條件下的局部腦血流斷層顯像患者的數據進行常規處理，對重建後的報告圖像進行比較、評價。結果 計數溢出條件下按常規處理程序重建後的圖像完全失真，不能客觀評價rCBF的結果，而經時間校正後所重建的圖像基本滿足質量要求，可以較客觀地評價rCBF的結果。結論 rCBF顯像中計數溢出會嚴重影響圖像質量，縮短採集時間可以在一定程度上彌補計數過高對局部腦血流斷層顯像圖像質量的影響。

Objective The images of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) obtained from the acquisition condition of radioactive counter overflow and being corrected by time was evaluated in order to get a real and objective rCBF imaging. Methods Two patients whose radioactive counter was overflow were chosen and acquired on the two conditions of radioactive counter overflow and after reducing the acquisition time. Two images obtained from the two conditions for oneself were compared and assessed respectively. Results The images obtained from the condition of radioactive counter overflow in both patients were distorted completely and cannot be evaluated correctly. The imaging obtained from the condition after time-correcting had a real and objective image. Conclusion Overflow of radioactive counter can affect the report image seriously in the rCBF imaging, Reducing the acquisition time can compensate its effect.
