INTRODUCTION

The Hong Kong Association of Rehabilitation medicine (HKARM) was formally established in 1997 by a group of doctors* with interest and enthusiasm in the field of rehabilitation medicine. The mission of the Association is to advance and promote the science, art and practice of rehabilitation medicine and its allied disciplines.

Currently, the Association has 58 active members practicing in different aspects of subspecialties in rehabilitation.
