Abstract
Nurses are invited to respond to a survey on patient safety conducted by International Council of Nurses (ICN) in 2004. The report consists of responses of the representatives from various national nurses' associations (NNAs), members of the ICN Workforce Forums. The major concerns, priority issues, policies, and activities in the area of patient safety in healthcare contexts are highlighted in this report.
